Saw Nurse Dee Young for a routine injection today. She was her usual cheery self and we are lucky to have her in the Wey Family Practice.

I have always received the best attention possible, Most helpfull receptionists who listen and advise on best appointments available. Extreemly relaxing treatment from nurse Dee Williams who carefully explains what treatment she needs to do and perform the tasks with great care . One suggestion i would like to make is that earlier this year i had to wait many weeks for an ultrasonic scan for a shoulder injury and after getting fed up with the delay i found out i could get this done next day privatly for onley £250 , so i asked for a referral doctors letter and got it done which showed an inflamation which was then treated efectivly, i think that in some instances if the doctor made patients aware that some tests can be done privatly if they can afford it ,the result and treatment can begin earlier. Having been a patient of this practice for over 30 years i am thoroughly satisfied with the excellent treatment and advice . Thank you all. Laurie Hyde

Seen by Nurse Dee Young for a repeat blood test. Very helpfully explained results of previous blood test and made suggestions regarding my overall health. In fact I had a mini-medical. Dee is always cheerful and efficient. Really recommend the whole practice.

I very rarely have to visit the doctor so when I heard about the NHS Health Checks I booked an appointment with the nurse just to ensure all was well. I saw Irene French who explained the tests and results clearly and gave advise where it was needed. Altogether a relaxed and friendly experience, from the receptionists and Irene.
